OWNERS THAT RENT THEIR UNITS THROUGH AN ONLINE SERVICE SUCH AS AIR BnB, VRBO, ETC:

The names and dates of your guests must be emailed to us at sandstone@vail.net prior to their arrival.

Regular check-in day is Saturday. Check-in time on all days is 4:00pm and check-out time on all days 10:00am.
If your guest checks-in on Saturday, you will not be charged a cleaning fee. Due to staffing concerns, we will
do one mid-week clean for a fee based on the following schedule.

Mid-week clean schedule:

Winter (December through April 15):

Building 1 – Tuesday
Building 2 – Wednesday
Building 3 – Thursday

The rest of the year:

Building 1 and Building 3; second and third floors – Tuesday
Building 2 and Building 3; first and fourth floors – Wednesday

Cleaning Fees:

*If your unit will have multiple check-ins or if you wish to have your unit cleaned at any point during the week, you will be charged a cleaning fee as follows:

Hotel Room – $75

Studio – $85

1 bedroom/1bath – $85

Studio loft/2 bath – $100

1 bedroom/2bath – $100

2 bedroom/2 bath – $125

1 + loft/3 bath – $150

2 + loft/3 bath – $175

We will not check-in an owner’s rental guest unless we have professionally cleaned the unit.

Extra check-in cleaning is NOT available on the following days:

Sundays, Mondays, and Fridays (January through April 15 only.) The rest of the year there is no cleaning
on Sundays, Mondays, Thursdays, and Fridays. There are also no cleanings on Christmas Day and New Year’s
Day. However, if your normal mid-week clean day falls on one of these days, your mid-week clean will
be changed to a different day that week.

-Owners may lock off their units and have guests in the main or hotel room sides of their unit.

-The front desk closes at 11:00 pm. If your guest checks in after that time, a $75.00 late check-in fee will
be charged to the owner. You must agree to this charge.

-Owner is responsible for their guest and if there is any damage, theft, extra housekeeping, etc., the
owner will be charged. We require the owner’s credit card number to be on file in case there are any
charges. This must be provided in your email containing guests’ names and dates.

-We highly recommend that owners have property, renters, and liability insurance coverage.

-An owner must be current on their maintenance fees in order to have a guest check into their unit. To
avoid issues at check-in, please inquire in advance, of your guest’s arrival, if your dues are up to date.
