| Deposit Policies | |
| One half of the total is due 10 days after making the reservation. Final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival for value and regular season and 60 for holiday season. Reservations made within the final payment due date require a MasterCard or Visa at time of booking and will be charged for full payment at time of booking. | |
Cancellation Policy |
|
| A cancellation request more than 60 days (Holiday Season) or 30 days (Regular and Value Season) prior to arrival will receive a refund less a $100 per unit cancellation fee. Cancellation requests within 30 or 60 days prior to arrival WILL FORFEIT all monies on deposit at Sandstone. |
| Daily Maid Service | |
| Available upon request for a nominal fee. Reservations for 5 nights or longer receive 1 complimentary mid-week clean. | |
Extra Person Charge |
| An extra person charge will be assessed for each extra person exceeding the standard occupancy, charged as follows: $10 for any person 11 years and older; 10 years and under free when sharing same room as parents. |
