Sam Bush

Grammy winning multi-instrumentalist Sam Bush, a.k.a. the King of Newgrass, has been honored by the American Music Association and the International Bluegrass Music Association for pushing the boundaries of bluegrass music. Bush fuses traditional bluegrass with jazz, rock, blues and funk for a unique style that has others following. Bush is a co-founder of the genre-bending New Grass Revival and an in-demand musician who has shared the stage with greats from Emmylou Harris and Bela Fleck to Charlie Haden, Lyle Lovett and Garth Brooks.
