Q: What information will I need to provide when I check in if we are traveling on an exchange?

Furniture Rentals
Q: Do you have rollaway beds?
A: Yes, a limited number. There is a charge of $5.00 per night for a rollaway. Due to the limited number of these beds, we allow only one per unit. Please call our reservations department to reserve a rollaway prior to your arrival. Available on a first request basis.
**If using a rollaway for a guest means the maximum unit occupancy will be exceeded, we will have to deny to request.

Cribs and Hi-Chairs
Q: We are traveling with an infant. Should we bring our 'Pack-n-Play'?
A: While we have cribs for rental, they are not 'Pack-n-Play' setup. If you and your child are used to the 'Pack-n-Play', you should bring it along. We also have hi-chairs available for rental. Cribs are $1.50/day and hi-chairs $.75/day.
Another option for you to consider is a local business called Baby's Away. They have more options for you to consider if you do not wish to bring your own infant gear or use ours. The number for Baby's Away is (970)328-1285. We suggest calling them prior to your arrival so the gear will be here when you arrive. If you wish to use our cribs or hi-chairs, please call reservations at (800)421-1098 to reserve.

Use of Upstairs Clubhouse
Q: Can we reserve the upstairs portion of the Clubhouse for a private event?
A: The upstairs portion of the Clubhouse is a nice place to hold gatherings that could not be held in your room due to a large number of people. However, because the upstairs is utilized by our activities for guest functions, priority for use goes to Sandstone Creek Club guest activities. To see if the space is available for a private function, you must contact Bill VanCuren at 970/476-4405 or jabscc@vail.net. Please be aware that our policy for use of the Clubhouse over holidays has changed. Due to the demand for that space during holiday periods, there will be no private parties allowed unless you are the only one making a request. Shared use will be required based on the size of the groups making the requests. A $100 deposit is required to book the unit and is refundable after the space is determined to have been cleaned up by the guests. Any clean-up done by Sandstone Creek Club staff will be deducted from the deposit.

Finding Us
Q: We are driving in from Denver. What is the best way to get to your resort?
A: Heading West on I-70 from Denver, take the main Vail exit #176 and proceed west on North Frontage Road. You will travel 1.1 miles to Lions Ridge Loop. The street will be on your right. A good landmark to look for is the 'Vail Run' sign located just past Lions Ridge Loop.
Turn right on Lions Ridge Loop and proceed to the next street on your right, Vail View Drive. Turn right and head up Vail View Drive. We will be up the hill on your right. Our entry is marked by a sign.

Transportation to Sandstone Creek Club from Denver
Q: We will be arriving in Denver and need to know our options for getting to the resort.
A: Two options: 1)Rental Car, 2)Van Service. A few of the shuttle services are Colorado Mountain Express - (800)525-6363, Airlink Shuttle - (800)554-8245, Colorado Shuttle Service - (970)476-5544. Rates are approximately $92/person/round-trip. If traveling with more than four people in your group, you may want to consider renting a vehicle. Since round trip for four out of Denver would be about $304, a mid-size car would run you about the same for a week (depending on the time of year). **Many of the rental car agencies will try to get you to upgrade to an SUV. While they are nice and roomy, they are not a necessity to travel in the mountains. Save a few bucks!
